- What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
- Sarah Hough accepts all electronic payments through PayPal. You can pay with your credit card through the PayPal site whether or not you have an account, and it’s quite easy to set up. Personal cheques are also accepted, but orders cannot be shipped until your cheque clears. Also, items paid by PayPal eChecks will not ship until PayPal clears the funds (usually this takes 4-6 days. If you have questions about online payment through PayPal, just contact Sarah Hough for assistance.
- Do You Ship Internationally?
- Yes, we do take overseas orders. In fact, to date, about a third of our customers are overseas. Sarah Hough products are shipped via Royal Mail. If the order is large (over £90.00) we insure and confirm delivery at no extra cost.
- How Long Until My Order Arrives?
- Sarah Hough orders are usually despatched within 4 business days of order placement. If this is not the case (for example, if Sarah is sick and can’t get to the Post Office), you will be notified immediately.
If an item has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be highlighted in the product details, so that you will know before adding it to your cart.
- What About Trade or Custom Orders?
- All Sarah Hough products are available for trade purchase by retailers, and I’d love to send a trade pack your way! Just drop me an email and we’ll take it from there.

- What Type of Shipping and Handling Do You Offer?
- All items are shipped via Royal Mail. Domestic Packages over £10.00 are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. We charge a small amount for handling, and take pains to make sure your Sarah Hough order arrives in the best possible condition. A confirmation will be sent to your email when your item has shipped. If you would like to receive your items more quickly, please contact Sarah Hough.
Timeframe for orders shipped domestically is 1-4 business days from deposit at Post Office.
Timeframe for orders shipped internationally is 6-10 days from time deposited at Post Office.
- How Is Shipping Calculated?
- Our shipping rates are very reasonable. There is a small handling fee included. These are added at checkout after you decide to buy the items in your shopping cart. You will be asked to add your post code or location into the PayPal form, and the amounts will be calculated according to the price and weight of the item. If you are concerned about how shipping rates are calculated for your item, please send contact Sarah Hough.
- What Is Your Return/Refund Policy
- We offer a refund/return policy on the full price of the item if it is unused and in saleable condition within two weeks of receipt of delivery. We cannot unfortunately refund shipping. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item has been used or is no longer in new or saleable condition. Sarah Hough strives to make your shopping experience a happy one, and with our low shipping rates and affordable prices, we aim to please from the start.
